About the Instructor
Carla Hall received schooling in Eastern/Western nutrition and holistic health and graduated from the world’s largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  She is board-certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach.  She is also a Certified Life Empowerment Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.  She is currently completing the Food & Spirit curriculum for whole-self nourishment and is participating in a Mindful Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT).
